AGENDA

• The City has begun the rezoning study for the entire Loring Park neighborhood; the senior planner for this project will be joining us to talk about the details. As a business or property owner in the area, we strongly recommend that you track this important effort.

• The schedule for MNDoT’s Summer Road Work Projects that will affect traffic in the Loring area has shifted somewhat; we’ll have a representative from MNDot joining us with an update.

• Lane closures on Hennepin and Lyndale will begin in August for the utility work in advance of the reconstruction of the Hennepin-Lyndale interchange. Representatives from Public Works will be joining us with the latest.

• We’ll have the project manager for the LaSalle Avenue reconstruction project joining us to provide an update.

• Learn the latest on the new commercial tenants going in on the street level of LPM Apartments.

• Planning for the renovation of the Sculpture Garden is progressing; we’ll have the planner from the Park Board joining us to talk about the details.
